Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will usually ship same day. Products are shipped via FedEx and UPS. Products are warehoused throughout the US and will ship from the closest facility to your location.

We do not ship outside of the US. We can ship to any freight forwarder within the US.

If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for digit-all imaging supply inc. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in.
